Media metrics
The facade serves these metrics on its health port (8081) at /metrics. Every
metric carries the constant labels agent and namespace. Metric names include
the Prometheus _total and _seconds suffixes.

The upload histogram uses the buckets 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, 30, 60 and 120 seconds.
